Fee Structure for Selling on Eleven Fathoms
We at Eleven Fathoms have a transparent and easy to understand fee structure. There is no Product Listing Fee, you just pay when your product gets sold through the platform. There are two types of charges applied to Sales of products, Selling Fees and Deal Commission. Please read below to understand. If you are unclear, you can always Contact Us
Selling Fee
Selling Fees depends on the category of product you are selling on our portal. A list of Category wise Standard Rates is given below for reference. Selling Fee is calculated upon the total sales price paid by the customer. If you don’t find the correct category for your product, please Contact Us
Selling Fees = (Product Price + Shipping) * Category Fees / 100

Deal Commission
Deal Commissions are charged on the total amount of money received for your products in an order including shipping costs. There are four different price ranges and their commissions accordingly. Please see the table below.

Shipping Fee
Shipping fee is calculated based upon the dimensions and weight of your final packaging. Eleven Fathoms offers Free shipping for customers who buy products worth ₹499 and above. Customers who purchase products less than a total of ₹499 per order will have to pay for the shipping, this reduces burden on our sellers selling low priced products. In case the order total is ₹499 and above, the seller will have to bear the price of shipping to the customer’s shipping address and this shipping fee should be added to the total fee before final calculation. In case the Seller does not have a shipping partner, they can directly ask Eleven Fathoms and we will help you ship through our shipping partners and the cost of shipping would be charged against your final reimbursement payment.
Total Fee
Each time your product gets sold, we charge Selling Fees and Deal Commissions. The details for both have been given above. All fees are exclusive of 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST will be applicable on the total of Selling Fees and Deal Commission.
Total Fees = (Selling Fee + Deal Commission) *18 / 100
