Shipping Providers

• We use different Shipping companies for our National and International orders.
• Our checkout page shows the shipping amount and shipping partner. Depending on your location, you may get options to choose from.
• All Shipments would be provided with the Tracking numbers so that you can follow your shipments.

Shipping time frames

• Normally, if we have the products in stock, we ship orders in 1 business day. The shipment, depending on different conditions, may reach to you within 5 to 7 days.
• In case of backorders, the time to ship the order from our fulfilment facility depends on the arrival of stocks.

Taxes

• Eleven Fathoms ensures that all the Taxes like GST are included in the product Price.
• If you are an international customer, you are liable for taxes arising from customs and international shipping. 

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders valued ₹499 and above. The amount should be the total amount of all the products in the cart after applying any coupon codes (optional) discount. While this offer is available on most of the products, some products might not be available under this scheme due to their large size and heavy weight.
